A ribbon cutting ceremony was held for Twisted Shears Hair Studio at the new location: 212 W. Water St. in downtown Oak Harbor.
Twisted Shears Hair Studio is a full-service salon offering haircuts, hair color, highlights, men’s beard/mustache trimming, special occasion updo’s, hair styling, tanning beds, manicures, pedicures, eyebrow waxing and paraffin dips.
