Tusing celebrates 20 years by giving back

We started in January of 2018 rebranding our logo.
On June 1, we teamed with the Foundation for Firelands to be a part of their annual caddy shack fundraiser. Not only were we a sponsor but it was our goal to raise $20,000 in 20 days. It was called the “20 days, 20 reasons why for 20 GRAND” Campaign. We posted videos of patients, doctors, committee members on our Tusing Facebook page, sharing the importance of donations, how they help so many. It was a success, we presented The Foundation for Firelands a check for $21,150 on Sunday June 24. We thought giving back to the community was a perfect way to celebrate how we got to where we are.
On July 24, we hosted a 20th anniversary celebration at our Monroeville offices. We invited the community during the day and continued with our employees into the evening. We had the Cameo Pizza truck, Kona Ice Truck, giveaways, door prizes, employee gifts and games for the kids. It was a great turn out and fun event. Anytime we can show our customers, community and our employees our appreciation, it warms our heart.
I am sure we will continue at our Christmas party this year with some extra special things. We always host a party at the Thirsty Pony in Sandusky. We have an awards portion and then move the party down to the Lounge where employees can bowl, bet on the horses, feast on a special buffet and have cocktails.
We appreciate our employees, we are lucky to have so many great people on our Tusing Team.
