Smokey’s offers food for all seasons

The word “family” in Smokey’s Family Restaurant & Tap isn’t just for show – the eatery was opened in spring of 2016 by Adam Fries (son) and Marquita Smith (mother) in small town Republic. Smokey’s offers a warm and welcoming environment complete with antique signs and old photos of Republic featuring treats like smoked ribs, smoked wings, smoked pulled pork or smoked brisket all prepared on site. Top your food off with Smokeys homemade BBQ sauce or our homemade horsy sauce. On a rainy or cold day stop in for your choice of homemade comfort food including homemade mac and cheese or freshly made soup. After dinner, try one of the homemade pies and cakes. On a hot day, Smokey’s offer’s cool beverages including a wide variety of beer and mixed drinks and a variety of burgers that can be eaten on the back patio while you enjoy a game of corn hole. Breakfast is offered beginning at 8 a.m. on Saturday and Sunday. Daily restaurant hours are 11 a.m. until 9 p.m. with the bar open until 9:30 or last out during the week.
