This past year has definitely been filled with challenges for all of us including filling positions. The Kern Center for Workforce and Community Education is planning its Spring 2022 Career Fair in-person at our campus, which will include any safety protocols in place pursuant to the CDC guidelines at the time of the event.
If your organization has position openings whether full-time, part-time, apprenticeships or internships, this is a great way to network with potential candidates to develop recruiting relationships that lead to the best hiring outcomes.
The Terra State Spring Career Fair will be held on Tuesday, March 29, from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. in the Student Activities Center. The cost to participate is $60 and includes having your company listed in our program booklet, table, two chairs and two boxed lunches. Space will also be provided, both public and private areas, for immediate interviews. Please note that should the CDC or local health department change any pandemic guidelines that would require the College to cancel the event in-person, refunds will be processed accordingly.
Full and half-page ad space will be available for purchase to further promote your organization in the program that will be provided to all candidates. Half-page ads are $40 and full-page ads are $80. Details on the ad size are included on the registration form. If you would like to purchase an ad, please submit your ad to our office no later than Friday, March 11. Your company name will be listed in the Program Booklet if registered by Friday, March 11.
