Magnificent Maid opens Downtown Tiffin office; Growing commercial and residential cleaning service accepting new clients

TIFFIN – Dustin Ritchie announced today that he would be locating the offices for his fast-growing commercial and residential cleaning business in downtown Tiffin, in the historic Laird Arcade building.
Owner Dustin Ritchie was pleased to make the announcement: “I named this business in honor of my mother, and I am thrilled at the reception we’ve received from this community. We’re excited to be a part of Tiffin’s business community and to grow here.”
Founded in 2021, Magnificent Maid currently has six employees and offers a variety of services and plans to meet the cleaning needs of any home or business, ranging from basic to premium plans. They have 22 commercial and residential accounts, including businesses like Culligan of Tiffin, Tiffin Moose Lodge, and Sarka Conveyor and Automation, and they expect to significantly grow that number this year. They are also focusing on marketing their business and have joined the Seneca Regional Chamber of Commerce.

The revitalization of downtown Tiffin began in 2011, when a group of community members came together to for “Tiffin Tomorrow”, with the goal of promoting and encouraging economic development in downtown Tiffin, and creating plans, programs and actions to ensure long-term vitality and prosperity. In 2014, the city of Tiffin contracted with SIEDC to act as the downtown organization and “Tiffin Tomorrow” came under the SIEDC (now TSEP) umbrella as the “Downtown Development Board,” which serves as the governing board of the downtown organization. In 2015, Tiffin joined Heritage Ohio’s Main Street Program.
