TIFFIN – Dustin Ritchie announced today that he would be locating the offices for his fast-growing commercial and residential cleaning business in downtown Tiffin, in the historic Laird Arcade building.

Owner Dustin Ritchie was pleased to make the announcement: “I named this business in honor of my mother, and I am thrilled at the reception we’ve received from this community. We’re excited to be a part of Tiffin’s business community and to grow here.”

Founded in 2021, Magnificent Maid currently has six employees and offers a variety of services and plans to meet the cleaning needs of any home or business, ranging from basic to premium plans. They have 22 commercial and residential accounts, including businesses like Culligan of Tiffin, Tiffin Moose Lodge, and Sarka Conveyor and Automation, and they expect to significantly grow that number this year. They are also focusing on marketing their business and have joined the Seneca Regional Chamber of Commerce.

“I appreciate yet another business choosing Tiffin as the place to run their business,” said Tiffin Mayor Aaron Montz. “We work hard to create a business-friendly environment and make every business feel welcome. We wish Dustin all the best with this venture.”
