Key Realty announces merger with The Central Group

Maumee, Ohio, May 10, 2021 – Key Realty, one of the top 30 independent real estate brokerages in the country, has announced a merger with The Central Group (formerly dba Re/Max Central Group) of Toledo. Dennis Degnan, Amy Saylor and Joe Albring, owners of Key Realty, made the announcement.

“Central Group has a proven track record of professionalism, success and putting clients first. I have a tremendous amount of respect for the agents at Central Group,” Degnan said.

Central Group began in 1999 and since 2005 has been led by principal managing broker J. Scott Seipel. Seipel will continue in a broker role with Key.
