GenoaBank names Mifsud new assistant VP, commercial loan officer

GENOA — GenoaBank, a locally owned, independent, community bank, recently announced the appointment of Anthony Mifsud as assistant vice president, commercial loan officer for the Perrysburg/Rossford Branch in Rossford.
Mifsud holds a CPA license accredited by the Accountancy Board of Ohio and began his career in public accounting working with local businesses. He is sure to continue the high quality levels of professionalism and customer service GenoaBank customers have received for years.
“Anthony brings a great amount of expertise to our Commercial Lending Department. We are confident he will serve our customers commercial lending needs, while increasing GenoaBank’s lending ability across all areas,” said Martin P. Sutter, GenoaBank’s President and CEO.
Mifsud will be based in the bank’s Perrysburg/Rossford branch but will be available to provide commercial lending at any of the bank’s other branches. He will be serving the communities in Northwest Ohio and Southeast Michigan.
Mifsud attended Hillsdale College, where he was quarterback and captain of the football team before receiving his Bachelor of Arts degree in Accounting. He moved to Perrysburg in 2013, where he currently resides his wife and two children.
