FREMONT – Cutting Edge Manufacturing has announced an expansion into a new facility in Sandusky Township retaining 10 employees and creating one new full-time position. With over $400K in new capital expenditures, Cutting Edge Manufacturing purchased an existing building in Fremont along with a new CNC machine in 2019. “With our team’s commitment to quality and customer satisfaction we have seen steady growth in revenue as well as new customers,” said Scott Lang, president of Cutting Edge Manufacturing. “Our team is very excited about the move to our new facility which gives us additional room for expansion and additional machinery which we will take advantage of immediately.”
By moving into their new location, located at 220 Sullivan Road, Cutting Edge was able to expand from 6,125 square feet to 17,000 square feet at their new location, allowing the room needed to continue to grow their business while staying in close proximity to their current customers.
“The County Commissioners are pleased to hear that Cutting Edge Manufacturing was able to find a location within the county, making it convenient for their customers,” said Kay Reiter, Sandusky County Commissioner President. “We wish them the very best as they continue to grow.”
