Civista Bank recently welcomed two new VPs to the team

SANDUSKY – Buffy Tuttle has joined Civista Bank as vice president, deposit operations manager. She brings over 23 years of banking experience with her to the Civista Bank team. Tuttle is a graduate of Pioneer Joint Vocational School’s business management program and was recently a recipient of the Women of Professional Excellence Award from the Women’s Network of Northeast Ohio. Tuttle resides in New Washington with her family.
Michael Simpson joins Civista as vice president, special assets manager. Simpson is based at Civista’s Operations Center in Sandusky and brings over 25 years of banking experience to the team. Throughout his career, Simpson has worked at both national and community-based financial institutions. His focus has been on credit administration, underwriting and special assets. At Civista, Simpson will oversee the bank’s special assets portfolio and consumer collection strategies.
Simpson graduated from Cleveland State University with a Bachelor of Arts in Economics. He also served in the National Guard for 12 years as a Cavalry Scout and Infantryman. He currently resides in Chagrin Falls with his family.
