Civista Bank names Nathan Weaks board director

SANDUSKY – Civista Bank has announced the election of Nathan A. Weaks, President of Automatic Feed Company, Napoleon, to its board of directors. “We are very pleased to have Nathan join Civista, bringing both his experience as a former director of The Henry County Bank and his business expertise to the Civista board,” said Dennis G. Shaffer, Civista’s Chief Executive Officer.
Weaks also serves as the Finance Committee Chair for the Northwest State Community College Foundation and has presented economic forecasts to industry associations nationally for over 30 years. He is a former chair of the Region Two School to Work Board and the Association for Manufacturing Technology’s (AMT) Financial Issues Committee.
Weaks is a graduate of Adrian College and earned his MBA from the University of Toledo. He lives in Swanton.
