8 – Third annual Put-in-Bay Music Festival: Family Friendly festival that features different genres of music, to celebrate peace through music, at the Perry’s Victory and International Peace Memorial. Field games, corn toss and music workshops throughout the day.

15 – 45TH FOUNDER’S DAY: Celebrate the founding of Put-in-Bay by Hispanic merchant Jose DeRivera. Many vendors, hot dogs, strawberry “shore-cake”, root beer floats, and lots of fun in DeRivera Park 11 a.m. to 4 p.m.

21-23 – Put-in-Bay Pyrate Fest XI: Put-in-Bay’s 11th Annual Pyrate Fest sees the return of the Pyrate King for 4 days to find his stolen treasure. Friday night the pyrates invade the downtown harbor and hoist the Pyrate Flags! Saturday fun actives for the entire family, including Kids Costume Contest and an adult costume contest with the winner headed on a vacation! Sunday is the annual Kids Fest and the fourth annual 5k Pyrate Run and fun walk benefiting Stein Hospice. Pyrate Village with Pyrate Marketplace, Faire Wynds Circus, historic displays and lots of re-enactors in pyrate gear. Dress as a pyrate and join in the fun.
