8 – Business Over Breakfast, 7:30 to 9 a.m., Oak Harbor Area Chamber of Commerce, 161 W. Water St., Oak Harbor. Our Business Over Breakfast Networking & Education Series is aimed at encouraging Chamber of Commerce members to meet regularly, exchange contact details, and share information, ideas and knowledge in a positive environment. Each event offers time for coffee and breakfast while networking, followed by a short presentation on relevant business-related topics to help improve the performance and
bottom-line results of your organization. Member cost for each session is $5 per person. As an added incentive, members who attend three of the four sessions each calendar year will receive two complimentary tickets to our Annual Dinner Meeting and a $10 Oak Harbor Chamber gift certificate. Non-members are welcome and the cost is $10 per person. Reservations are required for the catered, hot breakfast.

2 – Ribbon Cutting & Open House: In Motion Dance Studio, 4:30 p.m., 42 Ashwood Road, Tiffin. Ribbon cutting ceremony will take place at 4:45 p.m.; open house will continue until 6 p.m.
8 – Educators Appreciation Breakfast, 7:30 a.m., The Chandelier Community Center, Tiffin. The Outstanding Educator Award will be presented. Keynote Speaker is Dr. Jeremy Marinis, Calvert Catholic Schools. This welcoming breakfast will include new educators from Heidelberg University, Tiffin University, Tiffin Academy of Hair Design, North Central Ohio Educational Service Center, Bridges Community Academy, Calvert Catholic Schools, Hopewell-Loudon School, Mohawk School, New Riegel School, North Central Academy, Old Fort Schools, School of Opportunity, Sentinel Career Center, Seneca East School and Tiffin City Schools. Cost of the breakfast buffet will be $15 per person. To help cover the cost of this event, we are looking for sponsors at $15 each to cover some of the expense of the educators’ breakfasts. A free, two-hour seminar that will answer your questions about starting, buying or expanding a small business. This seminar is held in the community room of the Seneca Regional Chamber of Commerce.
