Carla Waggoner joins Croghan Colonial Bank

FREMONT — Croghan Colonial Bank has named Carla Waggoner senior vice president of technology and operations.

“I’m excited to have Carla’s knowledge and enthusiasm here at Croghan,” said Kendall Rieman, president and CEO. “We look forward to the guidance she will bring to our IT and operations departments as well as the bank’s management team.”

Waggoner has more than 20 years of experience in information technology and 10 years of experience working in the finance industry. Her areas of expertise include strategy development, information technology and project management. Waggoner holds a bachelor of business administration degree from Tiffin University and an associate of technical studies in management and office administration from Terra Community College. She and her husband reside in Ballville township.
