Bellevue Family Dentistry has moved

BELLEVUE – Family Dentistry formerly located at 450 Northwest St. in Bellevue has moved into a new facility on Ohio 20. Dr. Nathan Prueter said the move was to better accommodate their growing practice.

“I believe that Bellevue and the surrounding communities deserve the highest level of care including a facility with updated technologies, ample parking and handicap accessibility,” said Prueter

Bellevue Family Dentistry will occupy half of the 8,000-square-foot medical professional building. There will be six finished operatories with room to grow. Janotta & Herner was the design/build general contractor on this project.

“Similar to the medical field, dentistry is constantly evolving with innovative technologies and procedures,” said Prueter. “The new office will allow us to grow and meet these ever-changing needs for years to come.”

CBRE is working to secure additional medical professional tenants for the building.

“We see this project as a continuation of healthcare development and commercial investment in the area, joining recent projects by The Bellevue Hospital, said Daniel Mayer, principal of CBRE. “We love that the design has been tailored to provide for the needs of the local community.”

The location, 107 Progress Dr. on Ohio 20 in Bellevue, is more accessible and visible not only to the city of Bellevue but also to Clyde and surrounding areas.

“At Bellevue Family Dentistry, we focus on a more individualized, patient-based approach, said Prueter. “The staff genuinely cares about each and every person that walks through the door. We all strive to provide the highest level of care possible.”
